Full time one-woman show
Currently, every work on paper or fabric sold by Press Relief or signed by myself is an original work of art printed by hand. The beauty of printmaking is that this process allows you to reprint the same image simply by re-inking the carving and cranking it through the etching press again. To the modern reader, the word print might suggest digital or mechanically mass produced products, however, in my work print refers to the original creation of an artist who, instead of the paintbrush and canvas, used pressure to transfer the inked carving onto a surface.

A million jobs in one can sometimes make you feel like you’re falling short on some things even though you’re doing your best. Sometimes the things that are most fun to work on get put on the back burner so that you can prioritize the things that need to get done.
Going to a bookstore or listening to podcasts based on being a creative entrepreneur such as : Proof to Product or Creative Pep Talk.
Making my own day to day task schedule (sometimes to my own detriment) and having the choice to decide what projects to prioritize.
Burn steady, not out. I try to remind myself that it shows in your work when you push through something for the sake of finishing instead of taking a step back. I like to find other tasks like updating listings/website or reprinting out of stock items to give my brain a break from thinking creatively.
